The Town Clerk is responsible for processing title applications and motor vehicle registrations, providing certified copies of vital records, issuing dog and marriage licenses, administering elections with the other election officials, and preserving town records.
It is the mission of the Town Clerk to provide friendly and high-quality service to Plymouth residents and visitors with efficiency and accuracy.
